At Dreamlightspirit.com, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.We will refund you if you are not 100% satisfied. We will be happy to offer you a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction. So, we've got you covered! Please Contact US within 30 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process.
Please be sure you are ordering the correct product, if you by any chance order something that's not the correct item and your order has not shipped, email us and we will make the changes to your order DO NOT PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THE CORRECT ITEMS. We don't accept cancellations once the order is shipped out and in transit to your destination.
HOW TO RETURN:
1. EMAIL US
- Contact Us and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.
2. TAKE SUGGESTIONS
- Professional suggestions will be offered. And our service team will provide you with the detailed instructions.
3. RETURNS THE GOODS
- Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it through local post office.
4. REFUND OR EXCHANGED
- Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
- Please Contact Us within 30 days starting from the day you have received your order.
- Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
- We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged through misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.
- We do not accept returned items sent back directly without our Return Staff assessment or go signal. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.
- Once the returned merchandise is received your money will be refunded back to you. Dreamlightspirit cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to Dreamlightspirit.com. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.
- Shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.
- Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
- Items received in the incorrect size/color.
Contact our Support Center as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations.
If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. You can report it to us within 30 days of receiving it.
Return Shipping Costs & Address
- Please be sure to contact our after-sales customer service to get the specific address of the return!
- All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
- We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen during return postage. We recommend you always use a recorded or tracked service and consider purchasing insurance when returning items to us through the post.
- In cases where the postal service has returned an item to us because the customer has provided incorrect shipping information, or has been unable to accept delivery of the item for whatever reason, then any fees incurred by us from the postal service for the return to sender will be deducted from any refunded payment to the customer. If no request for a refund is made within 14 days of us being notified that the parcel is undeliverable, then this shall be considered an abandoned purchase and no refund shall be given.
- If the value of your exchange is different to the value of your original order, then the difference will either be charged or refunded accordingly.
If the return does not meet the return conditions, we will contact you and return the product(s) to you at your cost.
If the return meets return conditions, we will refund product value.
You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing. We will credit your original form of payment.
