We offer two types of delivery, from Monday to Friday:
Standard: available for all destinations.
Expedited: only available for certain destinations.
All available delivery options, depending on your order and destination, will be offered to you once you have entered your address.
Delivery is offered from a purchase amount that varies according to the country.
Processing Time: Normally 5-9 Business Days.
Shipping Time (Expedited): Normally 3-10 Business Days.
Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (Expedited).
1.Processing Time: The estimated time it takes to process your order.
2.Shipping Time (Expedited): The estimated time it takes to deliver your order, when you choose expedited shipping method.
3.Our product processing time is about 3-7 days and the shipping time is about 3-5 days. But if you are hurry, you’d better contact our customer service to see whether the order can be accelerated. We take care every customer’s order.
4.Please note that there might be slight changes in the delivery promise during peak period.
In addition, certain uncontrollable factors may affect shipment, such as bad weather, natural disasters, political instabilities, and so on. Please be patient and we will deliver the goods to you as soon as possible.
*Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping Method will be processed and shipped within 5-9 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.

To ensure our customers enjoy the most efficient and satisfying shipping service, we have assigned well known international carrier(s) as our shipping carrier. A signature is required to acknowledge receipt of the delivery. In the event that no one is available to sign and acknowledge receipt of the shipment, you will be contacted by the carrier for alternative delivery arrangement.
Shipping Notification & Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email.
This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped. You can also check the status of your order online by logging into the track my order page with your Order ID and Email.
